I had such a good laugh when I saw that although the snoring sounds rather weird, doesn't it? To me it sounds like an unhappy crying duck!

Did you know that....

I hope the poor duckling's dreams aren't as weird as its snoring!

Really? I think that if you blow in a duck's butt it will fart! hehehehe

Many animals have been observed snoring occasionally, including dogs, cats, cows, oxen, sheep, buffaloes, elephants, camels, lions, leopards, tigers, gorillas, chimpanzees, horses, mules, zebras, and elands. So let's include ducks as well!!! We loved this video, really. Filakia from Taylor and Andreas

Hey! Sounds like your snoring duck has already become a movie star! Or is it just a brilliant theatre character??? I think this unique snoring would be brilliant in Avatar!!! Filakia !!!!

I had already seen that video before and loved it. And yet, I had a very good laugh once again. It certainly fixes a bad day. Thanks for posting it.

Is it tried and tested?

Posted by: Anastasia | February 12, 2010 at 09:04 PM
I love it too even if the snoring doesn't really sound like ...snoring!
Posted by: Anastasia | February 12, 2010 at 09:05 PM
I guess it's a duck's snoring!

To me the poor duckling sounds like having nightmares! :-)

This snoring duck is a star anyway - on YouTube at least! Haven't seen Avatar ...yet!

Rude? No way! Your reply to Andy had me in stitches!
Posted by: Anastasia | February 12, 2010 at 09:15 PM
I understand the feeling. I have a huge grin whenever I play this video!

That is the sweetest thing!
Instant smile on my face as soon as I heard that adorable duck snoring.
Why is it that when animals snore it's cute(I LOVE when my dog snores...or "snorgels", as I like to call it), but when humans snore(especially if it is one lying next to you in bed or the next room) it is offensive?! ;-)

I think this is because animals have a very different kind of snoring. When my cat Michel snored, I called that...purring! It was so cute!

Oh..I thought at first my comment didn't go through, but now I see it did! I'm glad of that.(I guess there is a delay or else you have approve of your comments now)
I have always wanted to have a duck as a pet, with a little duck pond. One day...I'll have a small farm, with a duck or two, some chickens to provide us with fresh eggs, and a little goat(not a male goat, because I cannot stand the scent of that, though) Of course...I may want to have more money for that because I'll also want to have hired help to clean the chicken coop and do most of the work. Ha....ha...
