For years it's been a family tradition to celebrate March 25 at my mother's. She always cooks cod with skordalia on that day which I devour greedily!

What a hearty meal! I wish I had some of that octopus in the clay pot. It looks delicious! By the way, I use cod or haddock fillets for my homemade fish and chips but I'd love to know more about your skordelia.
