One of the new TypePad's greatest features is the integration with Facebook - a purely social platform. What does this mean? It means that TypePad provides a blogging platform on Facebook which is great news for bloggers like me who really hate playing games on Facebook, yet they love to keep in touch with friends. A very good friend of mine on Facebook asked me to tell her how to blog on Facebook. It's simple. By signing up to TypePad, with a very small fee, you can have your blog on Facebook. And people are free to comment either on Facebook or on your TypePad blog.
I must admit that I had some problems setting up Facebook on my TypePad account. And I do apologise for being a bit nasty about it. But the great computer wizzes on TypePad Support fixed the problem. And I would like to take this opportunity and thank them all. They really care, they do their very best to help and, most importantly, you have to do with real people who are there to help within 24 hours. They don't send you to links on their help page if your problem is not to be found there, they are here to listen and help.I really don't think there is another blogging platform which provides this kind of help and support - not to mention real time support on the forum. That's one reason why I admire Ginevra! Another way to blog on Facebook is through the notes , of course, but the tools provided are very limited. Us bloggers are happy to be able to blog on Facebook thanks to the new TypePad.
The very cool TypePad team! By the way, I'm not a member of that team as I live miles away and I have no interest whatsoever to advertise TypePad.But considering my own personal experience on other blogging platforms, these people deserve to be given a big hand. So, let us not criticise them all the time just because we're paying a fee. These people really go out of their way to help.
