Halloween has always exerted on me a strange fascination although we don't celebrate it in Greece and Cyprus. I wish we were, though. It must be such fun ! I was talking to my friend Martin the other day on the chat and he remembered one of the Halloweens of his childhood : He and his friends had gone round various houses asking for a trick or treat. Someone gave them sweets and all the kids were delighted. To their horror (after all that's what Halloween really is about!) they soon found out that all the sweets had pepper in them. Poor kids !
